Welcome Jake Denn

We’re pleased to introduce Jake Denn, Land Specialist with Wingert Land Services. Jake helps clients with the sale and purchase of farmland and rural property across southern Minnesota, with a focus on Watonwan, Brown, and McLeod counties.

Raised in Madelia, Minnesota, Jake remains based there today. His background in farming and agricultural equipment sales gives him an understanding of farmland, rural properties, and the decisions involved in buying and selling land.

Jake attended Augustana University, where he studied business administration and communication while also playing football. After graduating in 2019, he returned to Madelia and began his career in sales with a local agricultural equipment dealership. During his time there, he advanced into several sales leadership roles and built experience in client relationships, business development, and helping people work through major decisions.

Jake continues to help on the family farm and also farms some ground himself. Outside of work, he enjoys hunting, fishing, working on the farm, and spending time with family and friends.
