Jake Denn is a Land Specialist with Wingert Land Services, working with landowners and buyers across southern Minnesota in the sale and purchase of farmland and rural property.
Jake was raised in Madelia, Minnesota, and remains based there today. He attended Augustana University, where he studied business administration and communication while also playing football. His connection to agriculture began through helping on the family farm and continued through college with internships in grain buying and agronomy sales.
After graduating in 2019, Jake returned to Madelia and began his career in sales with a local agricultural equipment dealership. Over the course of his time there, he advanced into several sales leadership roles and gained experience in customer relationships, business development, and helping people work through important decisions.
In 2026, Jake transitioned into agricultural real estate and joined Wingert Land Services. He enjoys helping clients navigate important land decisions and guiding them through the process of selling farmland.
Jake continues to help on the family farm and also farms some ground himself. Outside of work, he enjoys hunting, fishing, working on the farm, and spending time with family and friends.
