About the Role

Wingert Land Services is seeking a highly organized and proactive professional to help manage and coordinate the day-to-day operations of our brokerage while working closely with our team.

The Executive Operations Coordinator helps keep projects moving, manages important details, and supports a professional experience for our clients from listing through closing. This role helps coordinate listing preparation, marketing efforts, transaction execution, and operational workflows.

As our brokerage continues to grow, this position will play an important role in strengthening the operational systems that support our team and the landowners we serve across Minnesota. This role is well suited for someone who enjoys creating organization, building systems, and helping a team operate at a high level.

What We’re Looking For

• 3–5 years of experience in a similar role
• Experience in real estate, agriculture, or professional services preferred
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects with strong attention to detail
• Highly organized with the ability to create and maintain systems for documents, files, and workflows
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to represent the brand professionally
• A proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and solve problems before they arise
• Comfortable using and learning new technology platforms and systems
• Interest in improving processes and helping a growing business operate more efficiently
• Ability to work primarily from the Mankato office with flexibility for remote work when schedule permits
