About the Role

Wingert Land Services is seeking a full-time Social Media Manager to lead and grow our digital presence. This is a hybrid remote role for someone who understands how to build a trusted brand through consistent, high-quality content.

You will own the strategy, creation, and execution of our social media across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging platforms. This role is responsible for building a content engine that drives brand awareness, generates leads, and positions Wingert Land Services as a leading expert in farmland real estate.

You will manage content from idea to publication, oversee paid social campaigns, track performance metrics, and engage directly with our audience. We are looking for someone who thinks strategically, executes consistently, and measures results.

What We’re Looking For

  •   3–5 years of experience in social media management or a related marketing role
  • Experience in real estate or agriculture businesses preferred
  • Proven ability to manage both organic and paid social campaigns
  • Strong copywriting skills with the ability to write clear, human, and conversion-aware content
  • Hands-on experience with CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or similar editing software
  • Ability to design polished, on-brand graphics and carousels
  • Strong understanding of analytics, reporting, and performance optimization
  • Organized, self-directed, and capable of managing a multi-platform content calendar
  • Ability to travel for strategy meetings, content creation, and key events.
