About the Role

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, has a strong interest in agriculture and real estate, and wants to play a hands-on role in helping families, investors, and institutions make important decisions about their farmland.

What You’ll Do

• Assist with farmland sales and auctions, from listing preparation to closing.
• Research property records, FSA data, soil ratings, and other land information.
• Support marketing efforts, including property brochures, online listings, and social media content.
• Provide professional, timely communication with clients and team members.
• Obtain required training, certifications, and ongoing learning initiatives.
• Engage in local community programs and events.

What We’re Looking For

• Background or strong interest in agriculture, real estate, or related fields.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Real estate license is required
