Welcome Nick Meixell

We’re excited to welcome Nick Meixell, Land Specialist with Wingert Land Services. Nick will be serving landowners and buyers across south-central Minnesota, helping clients with the sale and purchase of farmland. Nick farms corn and soybeans and is co-owner of Upgrade Ag Drainage. His background in production agriculture and agricultural drainage gives him extensive knowledge of farm operations, drainage systems, soil productivity, and the property characteristics that influence agricultural use and value. In addition to his work in production agriculture, Nick has held a Minnesota real estate license since 2019 and is a certified auctioneer. He holds a degree in Agricultural Systems Technology from South Dakota State University and is a five-time RLI APEX Producers Club honoree, active in the REALTORS^® Land Institute and REALTOR^® associations at the state and national levels. Outside of work, Nick enjoys coaching youth and high school wrestling, pheasant hunting, and spending time at the lake in the summer. Nick’s background makes him a strong addition to the Wingert Land Services team as we continue serving landowners across Minnesota.
