Welcome Bria Brandts

We’re excited to welcome Bria Brandts, Land Specialist with Wingert Land Services.

Bria will be serving landowners and buyers throughout the western Twin Cities metro, helping clients with the sale and purchase of farmland, recreational land, rural estates, and transitional properties.

Bria grew up on a farm in southern Minnesota, where her family still farms crops and raises livestock today. Her background gives her firsthand understanding of farming operations, livestock, and the role land plays within a family.

In addition to her work in land real estate, Bria brings more than 10 years of experience in media sales. Over the last decade, she has built long-term client relationships and helped businesses make informed marketing decisions based on their goals.

Bria is focused on helping clients understand their options, stay informed throughout the process, and feel well-supported from start to finish.

Outside of work, Bria enjoys coaching her son’s basketball team, traveling, reading, karaoke nights, and spending time with family and friends.

Her background in agriculture, client service, and communication makes her a strong addition to the Wingert Land Services team as we continue serving landowners across Minnesota.
