If You Are the Successful Bidder
- The successful bidder will sign a Purchase Agreement on the day of the auction and pay 10% earnest money at that time.
- A 2% Buyer Premium will be added to the final bid price to arrive at a final contract price.
- Tower lease income will be prorated to date of closing.
- The entire balance of the purchase price, without interest, will be due and payable on, or before Tuesday, May 19, 2026 at which time marketable title shall be conveyed.
