Ashley is a Trainee Real Property Appraiser at Wingert Land Services. She is currently pursuing a degree in Agricultural Business at South Dakota State University with a minor in Land Valuation and Rural Real Estate. Her studies are focused on the financial, valuation, and real estate side of agriculture. After graduation, she plans to continue working toward her Certified General Appraiser license.
Ashley has had a life-long connection to agriculture and remains actively involved in her family farm. Her background has given her valued experience with farm operations and agronomy. It also provides a useful perspective as she builds her experience in rural property valuation.
At Wingert Land Services, Ashley works under the supervision of a Certified General Appraiser and is building experience in real estate analysis, valuation methods, and appraisal standards. She values thorough work, continued learning, and building strong working relationships with clients and industry professionals.
Outside of work and school, Ashley also coaches club volleyball and enjoys working with younger athletes who share the same interest in the sport.
