Nick is a Land Specialist with Wingert Land Services, assisting landowners and buyers throughout south-central Minnesota with the sale and purchase of farmland.

Nick farms corn and soybeans and is co-owner of Upgrade Ag Drainage. His background in production agriculture and agricultural drainage gives him extensive knowledge of farm operations, drainage systems, soil productivity, and the property characteristics that influence agricultural use and value.

He has held a Minnesota real estate license since 2019 and is a certified auctioneer. A five-time RLI APEX Producers Club honoree, Nick is active in the REALTORS® Land Institute and REALTOR® associations at the state and national levels. He holds a degree in Agricultural Systems Technology from South Dakota State University.

Nick works with clients to understand their options and navigate the sale or purchase process from start to finish.

Outside of work, Nick enjoys coaching youth and high school wrestling, pheasant hunting, and spending time at the lake in the summer.
