Logan O’Rourke is a Land Specialist with Wingert Land Services, serving landowners and buyers in south central Minnesota. Since becoming a licensed real estate agent in 2024, he has been involved in public and private land transactions and has helped clients work through important decisions related to selling land.

Logan is an agronomist by trade and has a strong understanding of production agriculture and how it relates to farmland value. He also owns a seed and crop protection dealership that services much of south central Minnesota, giving him firsthand knowledge of local farming practices, crop input decisions, and the factors that can impact land. Prior to that, he served as a manager for a local cooperative, further building his experience working with farmers and agricultural operations across the region.

His background gives clients a well-rounded perspective when evaluating land, whether they are considering a sale, a 1031 exchange, or simply trying to better understand the value of their property. He is also a member of the Southern Minnesota Realtors® Association.

Logan and his wife, Michaela, reside in Pemberton, Minnesota, where they are raising their two sons, Max and Mason.
