Jake Sitarz is a Land Specialist with Wingert Land Services, serving landowners and buyers across the south metro and surrounding rural counties.
Jake is based out of Prior Lake, Minnesota, in Scott County. He grew up around his family’s third-generation farm, giving him firsthand exposure to farming operations, land ownership, and the long-term decisions families make with agricultural property.
In addition to his work in land real estate, Jake’s career experience has been in the construction and building materials industry. His background includes working with contractors, custom residential home construction, and commercial multifamily townhome projects. This experience gives him a well-rounded perspective on property, development, land use, and the factors that can influence real estate decisions.
Jake brings that background to his work with landowners and buyers as they evaluate farmland, rural property, and land investment opportunities.
Outside of work, Jake enjoys spending time outdoors, including fishing, camping, and hunting.
