Steve Kibble is a Land Specialist with Wingert Land Services, working with landowners and buyers across south-central Minnesota on the sale and purchase of farmland and rural property. Steve brings decades of experience in agriculture, business ownership, real estate, and development.

Steve spent 30 years farming and owning a farm equipment business in the Mankato area. That experience gave him firsthand knowledge of production agriculture, the challenges farmers face, and the factors that affect land use and value. It also helped him build lasting relationships throughout southern Minnesota and a clear understanding of the local land market.

In 2019, Steve transitioned into real estate. His background in agriculture and business helps clients make informed decisions. Steve is also the developer of Siesta Hills Community in Mankato, giving him additional experience with residential development and land planning.

In addition to his professional background, Steve has served on local boards and committees in the Mankato area. His involvement reflects a long-standing commitment to the community. Steve is a member of the Realtors^® Association of Southern Minnesota and is committed to providing clients with clear guidance and a positive experience throughout the process.
